Andalucia Yet Again

Mike & I have grown. We are no longer the yuppie couple looking to stay in an apartment - enjoy life - believe that 3 rooms in a house is TOO MUCH?! There is no such thing as enuf rooms in a house once you acquire a maid and a kid and planning the next one...

So we need to move to simple 2 storey link house. Putting our dream home on the market - SOB!

Well folks its going for a only RM 460K -

its got it all - the plaster ceiling - the cute little square downlights - the nice L shape sofa from Lorenzo - the mediterranean syle bed - even the couple staying there now who are paying a grand RM 2.3K per month come with this package...(Btw rental has actually gone up in the area to RM 2.6K these days )
